The court\u2019s decision will become legally binding on 19 December 2025, unless the decision is appealed to the Svea Court of Appeal before that date.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The debt settlement in the reconstruction plan is conditional upon the share issues in the plan, and vice versa.
